This unique terrace house in Surry Hills called for a sensitive approach with the interior architecture and design. The first floor layout was altered to maximise functionality and create a seamless transition between the original heritage home and the new extension. Through clever joinery design, an integrated and timeless aesthetic was introduced. In contrast to the rich and warm materials introduced in the lower level; the bright and reflective materials of the bathroom spaces emphasised the natural light from the addition of skylights.
