The main objective of this project was to create a light, bright fitout on a budget. Using contrasting finishes of hard and soft, warm and cool, and dark and light; a textured and layered design was achieved. This resulted in the leasing of the fitout during construction and the subsequent award of several other projects within the same building to deliver to the same brief. Subtle detailing such as the stone up-turn in the splashback proved that sophistication on a budget is achievable.
