The Lavender Bay Penthouse project, undertaken in collaboration with JDV Constructions, aimed to make a bold statement. Positioned 20 stories high, with breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour, the penthouse posed a unique challenge: to capture the city's glowing ambiance within its interiors. Embracing an adaptive reuse approach, our goal was to infuse depth and complexity into materiality and form, ensuring optimal functionality as a family home. Emphasising bold details, rich materials, and curved forms, we introduced a dynamic sense of life into the space. The result is a penthouse that harmoniously blends stunning aesthetics with practical living.
